Description

This is an office-based role, where you would support consumers for a global consumer goods brand. Besides the support language(s), English is required, as training and internal tools are in English.

What the role looks like

You would support consumers mainly through written channels, with a smaller share of phone interactions:

  • Around 80% email and chat
  • Around 20% phone calls, depending on the market

The role involves answering consumer questions, handling requests or complaints in a calm and professional way, and documenting interactions using clear internal processes. You’ll work closely with the team whenever a case needs extra input.

Practical details

  • Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 (according to the support language market)
  • Contract type: Full-time or Part-time
  • Training: 3 weeks
  • Nesting: 2 weeks

 

Work location

The role is on-site, in Bucharest, at our office in Campus 6.3, Bulevardul Iuliu Maniu 6L, Sector 6.

The office is easy to reach by public transport, with metro and bus connections nearby.
