Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop continuous trainings for the sales teams based on requirements 
  • Conducts scenario & role play based sessions for new and current sales customer advisors 
  • Observes sales targets and collect feedback for training purposes 
  • Coordinates with other sales roles within project, to drive increase in delivery 
  • Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans for the sales team 
  • Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals 
  • Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions 
  • Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques, such as objection handling and consultative selling techniques 
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes in the market and trends 
  • Stays informed about client processes, trends and strategy, as to recommends programs, trainings changes where appropriate 
  • Perform any other reasonable duties that may be requested by the Client or Direct Managers 
  • Take responsibility for own personal development. 
  • Understand and comply with all regulatory, fair-trading and competition rules and adhere to Health, Safety and Security responsibilities 
  • Analyze & recognize trends and escalate information as appropriate 

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of River is a must.
  • English Proficiency.
  • A tenure of at least 6 months in Foundever.
  • Absence is ≤ 3% for the last 6 months  
  • Zero Unauthorized absences for the last 6 months  
  • Minimum KPIs score of 80% for the last 6 months  
  • No active disciplinary incidents
  • Quality Score above the target (80%) for the past 6 months.
  • Advanced Knowledge of (Microsoft Office applications- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) is a plus
