All YOU have to be is:
• Owner of a University Degree in Accounting or Economics
• Excellent in English language, German/ Swedish is a plus
• PC literate (MS Office – Excel, Word)
• experience in AP processing and/ or Oracle is considered a plus
• Good in interpersonal skills, great team player
• Proactive in your approach
• Well-organized
And we will kindly ask YOU to join us for:
• Accurate records in the accounting registers (mainly Accounts Payable), thorough check and complete filling of the supporting documents
• Assisting the AP Team Leader in basic accounting (Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, Cash Book, General Ledger)
• Assisting the AP Team Leader/ Finance Manager in preparing documentation during audits
• Assisting the AP Team Leader/ Finance Manager in ensuring full SOX procedures compliance
• Ensuring completeness and on-time filling of financial documents for the EMEA sites
• Keeping financial documents within the department well-organized
