Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:  

Responsible for managing multiple facets of several on-going, highly visible projects simultaneously.  Gather, evaluate, and analyze data; monitor trends; prepare reports, and present recommendations working individually or within team.  Provide support to IT Management team to support achievement of Company and Client goals.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Manage multiple IT Global projects in support of various initiatives.  
  • Identification of issues, research of possible solutions, recommendations to Senior Management, and implementation of recommendations.
  • Create, maintain, and deliver management reports to include current project status, forecasted vs actual expenses, and cost-benefit analysis of new initiatives
 

Decision Making Authority

Independent Decisions Expected:

  • Critical decision points on project plans (i.e. when to escalate).
  • Ownership of project tasks.
  • When and with whom to work to resolve conflicts.
  • Presentation format and content for various audiences.

Recommendations Expected:

  • Logical problem resolution within the guidelines of the project parameters.
  • Suggestions for process improvements.
  • Suggestions for cost savings.
  • Suggestions for alternative solutions that will positively impact profitability and/or client, customer, or associate satisfaction.
  • Identify and communicate 'best practice' procedures.

 

Typical Qualifications:  

Education: Four-year college degree in a business related field or equivalent experience.

Experience: 5-8 years industry related experience including project management.

Skills: Excellent project management skills, facilitation and presentation skills.  Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating ability to work independently and successfully within a cross-functional team.  Excellent technical skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Smartsheet Experience a huge plus!

Knowledge/Abilities: Demonstrated strong understanding of general business management, basic accounting, and work processes.  Strong understanding of the call center industry and Sitel’s business and strategic goals.  Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage confidential and sensitive data.

Special Certifications: PMP, CAPM preferred.
