Then you will be happy to hear that we at SITEL are looking for Swedish-speaking customer service agents at our office in Larnaca, Cyprus!

We understand that you probably need to relocate for this position, and we want you to feel comfortable during the entire process. Therefore, we will help you find a place to live in Cyprus, for example: relocation, local administration and finding a home. The department you work in consists of lovely colleagues from Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Holland. They have a strong team spirit and regularly make exciting plans together and meet in their spare time.


The Role

As a customer service agent at One Plus, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Provide the highest level of support to our customers via Phone, Chat and Email on a range of issues at ONE PLUS
  • Give accurate, valid and complete information by using the right procedures
  • Be the owner of the customer query and ensuring a timely resolution and response
  • Build meaningful relationship, answering customers questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
  • Create amazing customer experience that people value, and we are proud of

  • Native or proficient level of Swedish (C2)
  • Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver

Previous experience in a customer service job is preferable, but it is not a requirement!
