Description

We are currently looking for call center agents (m/f/d) inbound for Philips consumer electronics, who speak German and Estonian at our location in Berlin-Kreuzberg. So you don't have to sell anything or call anyone, but you provide support in the Smart TV segment.

These are your tasks:
 
- You will answer calls from our customers and deal with their concerns about smart TVs.
- You answer e-mails or chat requests
- You access our customer database and update the points that arise
 


What you bring with you:
 
- You are proficient in German and Estonian, both written and verbal
- You are interested in technology and are able to set up your smart devices without any problems, even if you can't find the instructions.
- You like to have customer contact, no matter if in written form or on the phone
- You are not to be brought out of calmness even in stressful moments and find the right solution for our customers.
